From 29 September until 2 August, CEU students Cristina Pricop, Benedict Stefani, and Bence Hamrak, all three from the Political Sciences 2-year MA, Aga Januszcyk from the Legal Studies, Human Rights MA program, and Dominik Hertlik, from the 2-year MA in International Relations, took part in the Allianz Summer Academy (ASA) on Europe.

Alumni events at the department

May is always full with alumni events at CEU, but this year was marked by a record number of IR alumni coming back to their alma mater and taking active part in the life of the department. It was a great pleasure to welcome class 2009 and see our alumni back to Budapest for the 10th anniversary!

The second group of IR students is back from New York

Last year CEU has expanded its academic activities in New York in cooperation with Bard College. In January the second group of twelve IR students has arrived to New York and spent their Winter term studying and intering at international organizations. Now all our students are back to Budapest to finish and defend their theses this June. 

Currently we are working with our colleagues from BGIA to make sure the program continues in the next Academic year as well!
