Opinion piece on the Polish government

IRES Assistant Professor Xymena Kurowska co-authored an opinion piece on the Polish government lobbying for establishing European Endowment for Democracy in connection with the effort to promote a 'Polish' model of democratic transition in the EU's neighbourhood.
