Xymena Kurowska and Anatoly Reshetnikov have been awarded the European International Studies Association 2021 Best Article Prize in European Journal of International Relations for their paper “Trickstery: pluralising stigma in international society.”
Dr. Dora Piroska is Associate Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest and a Visiting Professor at the IR Department of Central European University. She holds a PhD from the CEU in Political Science/IR track. Her research focuses on the international political economy (IPE) of banking and finance, banking regulation and development finance.
In January 2021, Xymena Kurowska from the International Relations department and Saskia Stachowitsch, Professor of international politics at Vienna University, take over the editorship of Journal of International Relations and Development (JIRD) which is the flagship journal of the Central and East European International Studies Association (CEEISA). They will continue tireless effort of Paul Roe of the IR department and Ákos Kopper of ELTE, Budapest.
